Patient’s medical information: Patient's birthdate: March 15, 1982. Age, thirty-two. Aversion to heat. Colder temperatures preferred. Patient medications include Zoloft, Prazosin, and Phenobarbitol. History of seizures in patient's history. Brief synopsis of the situation: Healer was called to Twin Feather's Inn by Lord Regent Cavanaugh due to patient losing consciousness. Healer arrived on scene to find patient unconscious with blue lips, faint sluggish pulse, and labored breathing. Assessment/Diagnosis: Upon arrival at Nexus Medical Center, patient was moved to a trauma bay and hooked up to monitoring systems. Physical exam showed signs of abdominal swelling. When an exploratory incision was made, source of abdominal swelling was discovered via a minor bleed out due to nick in lung. Minor bleed had been left untreated, resulting in a major bleed, difficulty breathing due to pressure in chest cavity, and a crash on the trauma bay table. Crash required CPR administered and two jolts to the chest. Treatment: Source of bleed was located and healed via medium-heat magic while patient was surrounded by ice packs. Incision that led to bleed was healed as well. Patient was given .5 ML of AB blood once stable for fifteen minutes. Transfusion was increased by 1 ML every half hour until 4ML limit was reached. Two hours maximum. Patient was observed overnight for signs of aversion to blood and magic used. Morphine is being administered due to lack of medications in bloodstream. Follow-up Requested: [ x ] Yes [ ] No Recommended Follow-up date: January 16, 2015. Special Notes: Paitent is being kept at the Nexus Medical Center until such a time that her health is cleared by the Lady Rolyn, pending a full physical exam, bloodword, and multiple scans. All medications are being withheld until further notice due to possible interactions with morphine.
