Patient’s name ((screen name)) : August Cavanaugh (( sliver of you ))
Patient’s medical information: Patient's birthdate: May 10, 1983. Age, thirty-one. Allergy to silver. Race: lycanthrope Brief synopsis of the situation: Patient was brought in by Society member Nikki Woods after an acute skateboard injury caused by a collision with a wall. Patient complained of severe arm pain and an inability to properly move or raise his right arm. Patient also complained of a sore right-side core.
Assessment/Diagnosis: X-rays were taken of the affected arm (right), and two fractures were found: a complete fracture of the ulna and a hairline fracture of the radius. An examination of the patient's chest found bruised (but not broken) ribs and various minor to moderate scrapes and abrasions.
Treatment: Bones were set and casted. Due to the quick regeneration of the patient's race, pins were not needed to stabilize the bone. Scrapes and abrasions were cleaned and bandaged to avoid infection. Patient was prescribed two days worth of Vicodin for pain (no refill). Patient was told to avoid excessive use of damaged arm and to return in 7-10 days for cast removal.
