The following is a description of proper logging procedure for recordings of activities.
1. All activities are to be sent to Lady Sovereign Snowy Zane (( affinityofsnow )).
2. All activity recordings should have a proper header that indicates the variety of competition. (( For instance, a Physical Fitness Competition recording may have a subject line such as "PES PFC Log." Listing dates or participants in the subject line is optional. ))
3. Recordings must begin with a summary of the activity, as follows:
4. The FULL recording of the activity should follow. This should begin with the proctor stating the terms of the match and end with the final score and the announcement of the winner.
5. Improperly submitted logs will not be recorded by the Lady Sovereign, and may be sent back for correction and resubmission.
